What type of Work Can you perform from Aerial Essentials 50hr Training


The Aerial Essentials 50HR training will equip instructors with comprehensive instructional, theoretical and practical knowledge to safely guide individual, small group, and class group models of delivery.

Who’s the 50HR Training For?


This training is appropriate for new instructors beginning their education and wishing to specialise in the aerial hammock, for experienced instructors wishing to diversify their modalities to include an aerial hammock, and for health professionals wishing to harness the therapeutic power of the aerial hammock in their existing scope of clinical practice.

What will the 50HR Training Qualify You as?


You will be certified as a Qualified Aerial Yoga Teacher

What sort of work will you be qualified for after completing the 50hr Course?


As a certified Aerial Yoga Teacher, you may choose to lead one-on-one or group aerial classes. Aerial Yoga can be delivered in diverse settings such as:

50HR Training Common Questions


Do I need a prerequisite training or experience to complete the 50HR Training?

No prior experience with the aerial hammock apparatus or any other movement modality is required

Do I need my own Aerial Hammock?

You will need access to a hammock to submit your teaching video –  you can do this at Bend + Fly, your local studio, or purchase your own for home. Having a hammock at home is a great way to develop your teaching, along with being a great personal recovery and therapeutic tool.

Is there is there an exam to pass?

You will need to present a video submission for assessment. You will be certified within 7 days of a successful final assessment.

How do I put what I learnt into practice?

We recommend a combination of practical shadowing with an experienced instructor in your area or participation in the live-streamed CreativeBody Flow Graduate Mentoring Program. This program will provide a teaching video library for self-paced review and practical skill development, along with live-stream 1:1 mentoring sessions with Renae.

What type of Work Can you perform from Aerial Therapeutics Postgraduate 150HR Training

This professional development course is for students who have completed Aerial Essentials, or for those who are already qualified aerial hammock instructors. This program is delivered by senior instructor Renae Stevens and special guest facilitators over 150hr via online theory and via Live /virtual live-stream practical training.

As an aerial yoga therapist, you can work with diverse populations from children, adults, and the elderly. You may find yourself working 1:1, in small groups, or in larger class environments. Depending on your professional background, you may be using the aerial hammock to assist your work with clients primarily for mental health or physical benefits. Settings for delivery are also endlessly diverse and thanks to the portable frame can be indoors or outdoors.
