Yay! We’re back from our mini lock down break and ready to dive back into the juiciness of our new Summer Timetable of Yoga and Aerial classes.
Just as important as being open is being safe about re-opening – we’ll be doing everything to make the studio safe and comfortable, but it’s really important you support us with these studio policies until January 22:
✔️ You need to wear your own mask at all times – to the studio, in the entrance and in the studio by all students & staff (this is a Government Mandate)
(NB The wearing of masks will factor in the design of class intensity and content)
✔️ No heated classes due to mask mandate
✔️ All classes reduced to maximum capacity of 19 people
✔️ Increased hammock rotation/washing – we encourage you to bring your own if you have one (we sell them from $199)
✔️ All floor-based classes will have a live stream option, if that suits you better
✔️ You need to bring your own props
Finally, it’s important to reinforce the fact we should all continue to follow hand hygiene, social distance and refrain from coming if you’re unwell (and get tested).

Covid-Safe Processes
We will continue to follow stringent protocols for proper cleaning, disinfection and sanitation, operations and maintenance, as well as adding additional procedures and staff to achieve a new level of cleanliness. Covid Safe Processes include:
✔️ All clients have a personal responsibility to be Covid safe and follow social distancing policies of 1.5m distance
✔️ Clients need to sanitise hands on entry & avoid touching things
✔️ Aerial Yoga hammocks are sanitised after each use and hammocks washed and replaced 4 times per week
✔️ The studio will be cleaned between every class (so more time is needed between classes)
✔️ A class waiting area will now be at the front of the studio and you will be ushered in when the studio has been cleared and clean
✔️ There will be a no hugging/hands on assisting policy
✔️ We will continue to be a cash-less business
✔️ Water coolers and tea will be unavailable – so BYO water bottles
✔️ Lockers are closed for now to avoid milling around
✔️ Reception Seating will be unavailable for now
✔️ Yoga mat storage cannot be offered at this time
✔️ One shower is offered at this time
