Re-Opening Timetable & Info

Bend + Fly Now Re-Open!

Updated 27th August

Bend + Fly will is now open and back to almost full capacity! Please check out the timetable image below for our exciting timetable – a combination of studio and live-streamed studio classes (in yellow).

Below is everything you need to know our covid-safe processes.

Current Class Sizes, Bookings & BYO Equipment

Class sizes have now a maximum of 24 for most Floor Yoga classes, 22 for Yin & Vin/Yin Yoga, and 18-19 for Aerial Yoga to fit within stage 3 protocols and social distancing policies. This means booking for classes is still essential for both yoga & aerial.

One important factor in being Covid-Safe is bringing your own yoga equipment – props & mats. No equipment will be for hire or shared use. We have some beautiful bolsters (see below) & mats available for sale along with blocks and straps.

Covid-Safe Processes

We will continue to follow stringent protocols for proper cleaning, disinfection and sanitation, operations and maintenance, as well as adding additional procedures and staff to achieve a new level of cleanliness. Covid Safe Processes include:

✔️ All clients have a personal responsibility to be Covid safe and follow social distancing policies of 1.5m distance
✔️ Clients need to sanitise hands on entry & avoid touching things
✔️ Studio doors to be left open
✔️ Aerial Yoga hammocks are sanitised after each use and hammocks washed na replaced 4 times per week
✔️ The studio will be cleaned between every class (so more time is needed between classes)
✔️ A class waiting area will now be at the front of the studio and you will be ushered in when the studio has been cleared and clean
✔️ There will be a no hugging/hands on assisting policy
✔️ We will continue to be a cash-less business
✔️ Water coolers and tea will be unavailable – so BYO water bottles
✔️ Lockers are closed for now to avoid milling around
