Start with Clarity and Calm: Begin with a warm welcome and set your intention for the session.
Learn the Basics of Mindful Eating: Discover the science and philosophy behind mindful eating. We’ll introduce simple, practical principles that anyone can use.
Reconnect with Your Body: Experience mindful breathing, gentle sensory exercises, and self-massage to release tension and tune into your body.
Eat with Awareness: Take part in a guided mindful eating meditation. This practice will help you savor each bite and feel more present during meals.
Leave with Practical Tools: Walk away with simple strategies to bring mindfulness to your everyday meals, even in the busiest of times.

A yoga mat (studio has limited mats available)
A warm jumper or blanket for meditation
Five pieces of the same food you want (e.g., apple slices, chocolate squares, popcorn pieces, etc). These will be used in five different exercises.
