⸻
What to expect:
⸻
Prerequisites:
Participants must be confident and comfortable going upside down in the hammock (inversions).
What to wear:
Fitted clothing that covers underarms (e.g. a T-shirt or long-sleeved top), leggings or shorts, and socks (grippy ones preferred).
No zippers, buttons, jewellery, or anything sharp that could catch on the fabric.
⸻
Why it’s different from a regular class:
Our weekly classes are great for building skill through repetition and flow.
This workshop hits pause — giving you space to zoom in on how you move and refine the details that make a big difference.
Think floating instead of flailing. Holding with grace instead of guessing.
Come build your aerial toolkit, express your unique style, and have fun in the air.
