Kick off 2026 with movement, laughter, and connection.
In this 2-hour Acro Yoga workshop, you’ll combine mindful movement, partner play, and connection. You’ll learn the basics of acrobatic balance, yoga alignment, and supportive teamwork, all in a safe and encouraging space.
You can join on your own or bring your friends (the more the merrier!). We’ll guide you step by step through movements that build trust, strength, and body awareness, and there will be plenty of laughter along the way.
