All gift boxes/e-gift cards will come with an electronic gift card # (and or physical gift card voucher # with gift box) which the Giftee uses this as a ‘payment method’ to pay for the relevant service. The Giftee can pay for the services with these handy links:
What is if I want my Giftee to choose their Hammock Colour?
Choose the custom amount option for $299 and send a Aerial Hammock Electronic gift card so they can choose the colour themselves.
Can the Gift Cards/Gift Boxes be Refunded or Exchanged
E-Gift cards/boxes are non-refundable, however the value can be exchanged for services or passes of the same value. Hammock colours can not be exchanged, so choose carefully or alternatively choose the Custom Gift Card amount so the Giftee can choose the colour themselves.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using Australia Post Parcel Post. Parcel Post delivery times Australia wide range from 2 – 7 days. And 9-25 business days internationally. NOTE: Christmas delivery times can be up to double the above times.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Flat rate national shipping fee of $9.30 applies to all orders under $100 and free shipping over $100.
Flat rate International shipping fee of $30 applies to all orders 2kg or under (includes hammock kits)
