How to use
- Remove glasses, contact lenses, false eyelashes, hair accessories and transferable eye makeup.
- Check the inner cushion is clean and dry. Never use the massager while charging.
- Place it over closed eyes and adjust the strap so it is secure but not tight.
- Hold Power to switch on. Briefly press Power to cycle through massage modes.
- Use Air Pressure to choose soft, strong or no pressure.
- Keep your eyes closed and relax for one 15-minute cycle.
What each button does
PowerHold to switch on/off; press briefly to change modes.
MusicPress for volume 0–5; hold for the next track.
Air PressurePress for soft, strong or no pressure; hold for voice/silent mode.
Connect your phone by Bluetooth
- Switch on the eye and head massager.
- Open Settings → Bluetooth on your phone.
- Select “RF-EM001”. The power light turns solid blue when connected.
- Open Spotify, Apple Music or another audio app and play from your phone.
- If it does not appear, make sure the massager is not connected to another member’s phone.
Finish, clean & reset
- Hold Power until the device switches off.
- Remove using both hands and wipe the skin-contact cushion.
- Keep liquid away from the controls, speakers and charging port.
- Connect the correct charging cable, confirm the indicator and return it with the strap loose.
Power & charging
This device is rechargeable and cannot be used while charging.
Never spray liquid into controls, charging ports, motors or electrical openings.
STOP IMMEDIATELY
Stop and release or remove the equipment for pain, numbness, dizziness, nausea, breathing difficulty, unusual swelling, skin-colour change, visual disturbance or excessive pressure or heat.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE
Do not use without appropriate medical clearance if you have a known or suspected blood clot/DVT, serious heart or circulation condition, acute infection, unexplained swelling, recent surgery or fracture, pregnancy, reduced sensation or another relevant medical condition.
