Find your team’s fit

CHOICE THAT FEELS PERSONAL

More than one way to move.

Yoga, aerial, strength training and recovery offer different starting points. From trying something new to taking a gentler class, your people can find their own way in.

CONNECTION BEYOND WORK

Time together, differently.

Share an experience beyond meetings and deadlines. Private team sessions create space for conversation, encouragement and a little fun.

A PARTNERSHIP THAT FITS

Built around your team.

Choose discounted individual memberships, a company-funded plan or a tailored experience. With two studio locations and onsite options, we can discuss what works for your business.

The case for workplace wellbeing

Feeling better matters.
So does working well.

Workplace pressure can carry into the rest of life. Supporting wellbeing is a way to care for your people while creating conditions that help them do their best work.

STRESS + PERFORMANCE

The cost goes beyond a difficult day.

WHO identifies excessive workloads, low control and job insecurity as risks to mental health. Poor mental health can affect attendance and performance. Globally, depression and anxiety account for an estimated 12 billion lost working days each year.[1]

That figure covers depression and anxiety from all causes; it is not a measure of workplace stress alone.

MOVEMENT + MEMORY

30 minutes can be a meaningful start.

In a 2024 study of 76 adults aged 50–83, an additional 30 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity was associated with better memory-test results the following day.[2]

This small observational study measured memory, not workplace productivity. It supports making room for movement, without promising a particular performance gain.

EXERCISE + THE WORKDAY

A reset that may carry into work.

A workplace study found that participants reported better mood and work performance on days they exercised compared with days they did not.[3]

Performance was self-reported. The findings suggest potential benefits, rather than proving every exercise session increases output.

Engagement + retention

A visible way to show you care.

Give employees a benefit they can use beyond the office and opportunities to connect with colleagues in a different setting. Make wellbeing part of the experience of working with your business.

For employers focused on engagement and retention, this can be one part of a wider people strategy alongside supportive leadership, fair workloads and flexibility.

Build participation. Listen. Improve.

Start with what your people want, encourage voluntary participation and ask for feedback. Review uptake and satisfaction to understand whether the offer is valuable to your team.

Research on business outcomes is mixed: a large randomised workplace wellness trial found no significant improvement in job performance, absenteeism or employee tenure after 18 months.[4] Our memberships provide access and experiences; retention and productivity gains are not guaranteed.

Movement and recovery complement a healthy workplace. They do not replace addressing excessive workloads or other workplace risks.

GENTLE MOVEMENT

What is active recovery?

Active recovery means easy movement, such as a relaxed walk or gentle mobility, rather than another demanding workout. It offers a lower-intensity way to move between harder sessions.

WHAT RESEARCH SAYS

A little movement may help.

A 2018 research review found that active recovery reduced post-exercise muscle soreness in the studies it pooled. Another review found limited evidence for better next-day performance. Benefits vary with the activity and person.

REST + RECOVERY TOOLS

Find your own reset.

Lounge relaxation and equipment-based recovery differ from active recovery. Combine gentle movement with a lounge visit if it suits your routine, alongside sleep, food and hydration.
