Stop the equipment immediately. Do not try to continue through pain, numbness, dizziness, overheating, unusual pressure or other concerning symptoms.
If symptoms are serious or do not settle, seek appropriate medical assistance. Please also notify Bend + Fly as soon as reasonably possible.
Can I change the equipment settings?

Do not force, modify, dismantle or move equipment from its designated area.
Can I share my booking or access with someone else?
No. Bookings, memberships and access are personal to the registered member unless Bend + Fly has confirmed otherwise.
Guests must have their own approved booking and must complete all required screening and induction steps before using the equipment.
How do I book a Recovery Lounge session?
Book through the Momence app using the Recovery Lounge appointment board. Select the available service and time that best suits you.
Please arrive only for your confirmed booking and finish within your reserved session time so the equipment is available for the next member.
What happens if I cancel late or miss my booking?
Cancellations made less than two hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, may result in the session being forfeited.
Please manage your booking through Momence as early as possible if your plans change.
Do unused membership sessions roll over?
Unless your individual membership terms state otherwise, unused weekly Recovery Lounge sessions do not roll over or accumulate.
How do I clean the equipment after use?

Wipe all skin-contact surfaces, controllers and other designated touch points. Return the equipment neatly and leave it ready for the next member.

Disconnect it only if safe to do so, prevent others from using it and contact Bend + Fly promptly through the Momence app, email, Instagram or phone.
