How does the Renewal Discount Work?
You will be sent an email/SMS with your renewal discount promo code when you’ve reached 5 visits or your membership is expiring – which will reduce the total of the class packs and upfront memberships, and the initial debits of weekly memberships
What store items can I use my renewal credit/discount
You can use your renewal credit/discount on Hammock Kits, Hammock + BFTV Bundles, Aerial Rigs and Aerial Rig/Hammock Bundles.
Can I Use the Discount Now & Start the Pass or Membership Later?
All Upfront Memberships and the Class Packs can be started any time in the future (they activate on the first visit of that pass) Debit Memberships automatically start from a set start date (message us below if you need to change the start date of a debit m’ship from today)
Can I suspend my membership?
Yes! You can suspend your membership for a period of up to 3 months per year for $20 per month block. If you let us know in advance of joining, we’ll offer 1 x free suspension!
How do I Share my Class Pack with Friends?
You need to first have them register with Bend + Fly via this friend rego form (if they are not already registered) and then our admin team will link their profile to yours. Once linked, we’ll let you know so they can start booking off your pass through their profile.
What if there is a Studio Closure Due to Lockdown?
We continue to live-stream most classes and most client’s continue as usual, however you can suspend you membership or extend your multipass for free if you wish.
Do you have concession pricing?
Yes, but only off regular pricing (not application to sales promotions). Concessions applicable to full-time students + Emergency Services + Pension Card Holders – Save a further 10% off standard renewal incentives

What if I move away?
Our memberships are bound by a minimum term, so choose the best membership for your circumstances. We do offer a $150 relocation exit for memberships (over 20km relocation) or the option to transfer for free in the event of a sudden relocation.
All multipasses are now shareable so you can pass these onto a friend in the event of not being able to get to the studio.
What if I need to extend my Class Pack?
You can either pay the $20/month extension fee or purchase another Class Pack and we’ll add expiring classes onto the new Class Pack and extend this new pack’s expiry.
