Join Mathilde @nollayoga for a Yin Yoga Workshop based on the 5 Elements. Chinese philosophy recognises five distinct elements of cyclical change. Each person’s physical and mental constitution can be described as a balance of the elements in which one or more may naturally dominate.
In this workshop, you will be immersed in a Yin Yoga practice including a brief overview of the element theory and the archetype. Mathilde will use meditation, stretches, and acupressure points to enhance physical, energetic, and emotional well-being.
You will leave this workshop feeling calm, grounded, and with practical tools to balance the elements within you.
