Much like the practice of Yoga, Mandala artwork has been used as a tool for meditation, self-discovery and exploring intuition for many thousands of years. Join Emily as we combine these two practices in a 2 hour Yoga and Art workshop.

Starting with 45 minute gentle Vinyasa Yoga practice designed to inspire creativity and explore your inner intuition through movement and flow with breath. After practicing, be guided through a short meditation and talk on the philosophy behind why mandalas are created. Followed by 45 minutes of drawing and creating your very own mandala in a relaxing environment with light refreshments. All levels of creativity and Yogis are welcome! – you don’t need to be an artist!

About Emily:

Emily is a Mandala artist and yoga teacher.

For Emily yoga is a life-long practice – she is passionate about sharing the experience of yoga not just through the physical asana, but as a philosophy and lifestyle.

A huge influence in Emily’s teaching comes from encouraging students to explore their own intuition through mind- body connection. Emily incorporates a mix of western science and eastern philosophy to make my classes accessible and safe to a large demographic.

Note: Workshops are non-refundable, but in situations where attendance can’t be made, a credit can be awarded with at least 6 days notice of cancellation.
