Designed for intermediate students; in this workshop you will learn a routine set to “All I want for Christmas” combining your favourite aerial skills, in addition to learning some fun new poses and transitions.

Be prepared to work hard, have FUN and add a little bit of your own personality into this unique and fun way of using the aerial hammock!

Requirements:
This workshop is open to intermediate students (the ability to lift your bodyweight in the hammock)
