This 3-week 60 minute per session course with popular Brisbane Aerialist Lauren Mason will teach you the fundamentals of AntiGravity® aerial yoga in a fun environment and safely progress you to more advanced aerial poses and classes. By the end of this fun 3-week course, you will feel empowered and proud of the new aerial skills you’ve mastered!

You will also learn the joy of  “decompression”  that includes the magic of zero compression inversions  – one of the best feelings for your spine and neck (you may even walk out taller!). Great to do with friends or family. It’s always a great welcoming environment – you’re sure to laugh a lot and meet some fun like-minded people.

All levels/ages/fitness: This course is perfect for complete novices to yoga and or aerial yoga. All ages and sizes are welcome. Some upper body & core strength is needed.
