AERIAL FUNDAMENTALS ONE COURSE + 3 CLASS INTRO OFFER

Our most popular course to fast-track your aerial skills.

This 3 week 60 minute per session course with popular Brisbane Aerialist Lauren Mason will teach you the fundamentals of AntiGravity® aerial yoga in a fun environment and safely progress you to more advanced aerial poses and classes. By the end of the 3 weeks you will feel empowered and proud from the new aerial skills you’ve mastered!

You will also learn the joy of  “decompression”  that includes the magic of zero compression inversions  – one of the best feelings for your spine and neck (you may even walk out taller!) Great to do with friends or family. It’s always a great welcoming environment – you’re sure to laugh a lot and meet some fun like minded people.

All levels/ages/fitness: This course is perfect for complete novices to yoga and or aerial yoga. All ages and sizes are welcome. Some upper body strength is needed.

Course introductory offer: Non-members $65  which includes 3 Bonus Classes to use during 3 week course.

B & F: members can register at no additional cost: (must attend all three sessions)
