When you buy a new pack you can transfer unused classes on the existing pack to the new pack. Message us once you have bought the new pack and we will manually transfer the unused classes and add one week per unused class

Yes! You can suspend your membership for a period of up to 3 months per year for $20 per month block. If you let us know in advance of joining, we’ll offer 1 x free suspension! If the studio is affected by lockdown, you have the choice of a free suspension.

Sure thing – if your on an upfront membership you can add it on to start after the end of the current membership. Or if your on a weekly membership you can change over if the new deal is longer then the remaining time of your current membership.

All Upfront Memberships and the Class Packs can be started any time in the future (they activate on the first visit of that pass) Debit Memberships automatically start from a set start date (message us below if you need to change the start date of a debit m’ship from today)

Bend + Fly follows Government mandates regards masks, covid-safe procedures and vaccination policies. Currently masks are required to be worn to and from the studio – 0nce on your mat, you can remove your mask to exercise. Bend + Fly, like all other fitness businesses does not require to check vaccination status. With this in mind Bend + Fly follows strict hygiene and covid safe procedures to keep all its clients safe.
